A freshly baked pizza in full realist detail: the cheese still steaming, the tomatoes in their juices, the crust with the particular golden quality that comes from the right heat. The approach takes the subject with complete seriousness, the attention to surface and colour giving the pizza the same care as any subject considered genuinely worth painting.

Kitchen artwork for homes where good food and an appreciation for what makes it are the same thing. Works in a kitchen where a richly detailed canvas about a perfectly made Italian pizza earns its place on the available wall, and as gold wall art in a dining room where warm, vivid tones match the quality of the cooking at the table. A canvas for people who take food seriously.
