Wine glass studies get the gestural treatment here, and it suits the subject. This neutral wall art kitchen wall decor places a tall-stemmed red wine glass at the centre, the wine a deep crimson with fine reflective highlights. A loose grey arc sweeps behind the glass, its gestural quality contrasting with the crisp line of the stem. At the base, a small cluster of dark purple grapes and a green vine leaf, scattered droplets against a near-white ground.

Kitchen wall decor for homes where wine and art are equally taken seriously. Works in a kitchen or dining room where an elegant ink-wash wine canvas earns its place, and as neutral wall art where the near-white ground and restrained palette suit a room that needs something considered rather than loud. A refined piece.
