Unfortunately, this Name Necklace is not returnable or refundable as it will be made to order.

It's really important that you write the name correctly in terms of lower/uppercase. 'Paige' would be created just like the picture, whereas PAIGE would be fully uppercase. (Please see the second image for reference of Old English Font)
