Our Reversible MMA Interlocking Mats are made from high-density closed cell EVA foam to protect the body from injury, retain position during movement and also prevent damage to your sub-floor.

With the simple interlocking design, the mats are easily assembled, portable and lightweight for convenient mobility.
The 1m x 1m mats come in 20mm and 40mm thicknesses, are dual coloured (available in grey/black or blue/red) so can be reversed for variation or used to create a bespoke design or specific zones.
For effective and safe MMA training, these mats are the perfect surface solution for Home Dojo's, commercial training facilities and Boxing Gym's.
