Made with elasticated satin ruffled trim, satin ribbon, alloy silver bell and stainless steel findings. The choker can be used as a garter as well, as it is elasticated and ties at the back with satin ribbons. The choker/garter is adjustable to any size due to the length of the ribbon - if the ribbon trails are too long when you receive this choker, feel free to trim them to size and either glue or heat seal the ends to prevent fraying. You can also provide us with your neck measurement and we can make the choker with shorter ribbons to begin with if you already think it will be too long (if your neck measurement is smaller than 12 inches).
