Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at contact@cronjager.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right. If there is a problem with the delivered package, you have 48 hours to report possible incidents to the carrier. Check that the number of packages received matches those sent, and inspect each package carefully for signs of damage. If damage is visible, note "PACKAGE VISIBLY DAMAGED" on the courier's delivery note before signing.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised products (including made-to-order print-on-demand items), personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Restocking fees

A 50% restocking fee applies to returned items.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification. This window is extended over weekends and public holidays.

To exercise this right, notify us before the withdrawal period expires by contacting us at contact@cronjager.com or by completing and submitting the model cancellation form below.

You may cancel your order at no charge up until the point it is fulfilled and dispatched.

Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalised items made to your specification, including print-on-demand products.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@cronjager.com.
